Terms of sale

Sugar Rush Bakery by Paloma is a home bakery in Mesa, Arizona, run by a mom and her daughter. [PLACEHOLDER: legal business name / owner name, as registered]

A menu order is confirmed once it's paid. A custom order is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Sending a request, or receiving a quote, doesn't book a date by itself. We may decline any order, and if we do after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars. Arizona sales tax and any delivery or shipping fee are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Our food is made in our home kitchen under Arizona's cottage food law, sold and delivered only within Arizona, and labeled with its full ingredients. Please read the labels and our allergen policy before serving.

Once a cake is handed to you, it's in your care. Follow the care and transport tips; we can't be responsible for damage after handoff.

Everything is handmade, so your order will be close to, not identical to, any inspiration photo. When you send us artwork or a design to reproduce (on a cake, cookie or stencil), you confirm you have the right to use it. We don't reproduce trademarked characters or logos you don't own.

Our photos, designs and website content belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

If something's wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right as our policies describe. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update them; the version in place when you ordered applies to your order.
