Something one of a kind? Tell us your idea, date and guest count and send inspiration photos. We reply with a design and a quote.

Dates & lead times
Everything is baked for your date, so we need a little notice. Each menu item shows how many days it needs and the next date we can do it. Most need 5 to 10 days; two-tier cakes need about 3 weeks.
Orders placed after 6 PM count from the next day. When a date is full, it's crossed out on the calendar. That's how a two-person kitchen keeps every order perfect.
Custom orders need at least 2 weeks. For weddings and quinceañeras, reach out as early as you can. [PLACEHOLDER: owners to confirm — wedding lead time, e.g. 6–8 weeks]
Paying
Menu orders are paid in full when you check out, by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe. We never see your card number.
Custom orders start with a free quote. Your quote holds your date for 72 hours; paying the 50% deposit books it. The balance is due 3 days before your date, and we'll email you a link. Orders under $100 are paid in full up front.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup in Mesa (address sent after you order). You choose a pickup window at checkout, and we send the address and directions with your confirmation.
We also deliver to ZIP codes around the East Valley for $25. You'll see whether your ZIP is covered at checkout. We hand your order to you (or whoever's receiving it) in person, so someone needs to be there.
Why our food stays in Arizona
We bake under Arizona's cottage food law, which lets home bakers sell from their own kitchens. In exchange, a few rules apply, and we follow every one of them:
- Arizona only. We can only sell and deliver our food to Arizona addresses. No shipping cakes or cookies out of state.
- Handed over in person. Cakes with buttercream, cream cheese, fresh fruit or chocolate are perishable, so we hand them to you ourselves. No delivery apps, no porch drops, no coolers left outside.
- Boxed and sealed. Cakes leave our kitchen fully assembled, boxed and sealed. We can't set up, stack or cut cakes at a venue.
- Labeled. Every item comes with its full ingredients, and each product page lists them too.
