Your information

Privacy

We're a two-person bakery. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell it.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email and (if you give it) phone number, and the language you prefer.
  • Order details: what you order, your date, your pickup or delivery choice, a delivery address, and anything you tell us, like allergies or a cake message.
  • Inspiration photos and artwork you upload with a custom request or custom stencil.
  • Proofs and approvals for custom stencils: the proof we sent, and when and from where you approved it.

How we use it

Only to quote, make, deliver and support your order, and to keep the records the law asks us to keep (for example, for sales tax). We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.

Your photos

Inspiration photos are stored privately. Only the two of us can see them. We delete them 90 days after your request closes. We'll only post photos of your order on social media if you said yes when you ordered, and we never post faces without asking.

How long we keep things

  • Inspiration photos: deleted 90 days after your request closes.
  • Stencil proofs and approvals: kept for 18 months, in case there's a question about your order.
  • Order records: kept as long as tax law requires. [PLACEHOLDER: owners/CPA to confirm the retention period]

Who helps us

A few trusted services handle parts of your order. Each gets only what it needs:

  • Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your card number.
  • Resend delivers our emails to you.
  • Vercel hosts this website and stores order files securely.

Cookies & tracking

We use one small cookie to remember what's in your cart. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics following you around.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it unless the law says we have to keep something, like a tax record. Just send us a message.
